I combine organisational objectives and a people-first approach with technical expertise and executive-level strategy to optimise processes, align stakeholders, engage customers and maximise impact across multiple channels and markets.

I have progressed into senior advisor, manager and director roles by simplifying complexity, encouraging collaboration, and translating strategic intent into clear plans and accountable delivery.
